Política de envío

Courier 
Orders are shipped from Spain via Correos (Spanish Postal Service) 2-5 business days date of purchase. We are only able to ship to Europe right now. 

Tracking 
All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. You will be able to track your packages journey using this email by clicking "view order". 

Policies  
Once an item has been shipped, BymyMama is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier.
